Our Internal Recruiters in Hays play an instrumental role in our business. Not only are they responsible for the hiring of high calibre, market leading talent, they are also seen as an influential member of the business, further positioning Hays as the employer of choice in the UKI recruitment industry.



A rare and exciting opportunity presents itself in our Home Counties region for an experienced and proven recruitment consultant to become the regions Internal Recruiter.



Based in London, Reading or Brighton and reporting to the Head of Internal Recruitment, , you'll liaise with candidates on a day to day basis on a fast paced, high volume, transactional desk. You will present Hays as the employer of choice through market leading assessment methodology and ensure you provide the business with ambitious, accountable, sales focused individuals.



As a successful Internal Recruiter you have pride, passion and belief in our business. You'll be result focused and work closely with your senior management team to provide internal recruitment solutions. You'll have in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, specifically in Hays and present yourself as a Hays ambassador. You will be able to commit to full time hours and comfortable travelling around the Home Counties region throughout the week.

£30000.00 - £45000.00 per annum + bonus
