Customer Service Advisor

Oldham, United Kingdom, GB - Logistics and Supply Chain



Due to substantial company growth, I am currently recruiting for several Customer Service Adviser's on behalf of a highly successful organisation that are based in Heywood.



Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the daily duties will include:



* Point of contact for all customer related issues via telephone and email

* KPI reporting - customer specific

* Invoicing of all transport requests

* Credit Requests

* Data Entry of transport jobs as and when required

* General Admin duties carried out within the dept



The Customer service team work a 40 hr week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be required at their busiest period)



Shifts involved are 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm & 9am-6pm (8am-5pm until fully trained).
