HR Business Partner, Bradford, Salary to £45000+car+benefits

Our client, a global retail business requires a HR Business Partner to support a logistics site based near Bradford. The job will provide HR support to a site of c300 employees in the delivery of business plans and objectives through operational and tactical HR practises.



The successful candidate will operate as a true generalist and business partner to the aligned business area driving the HR agenda and providing operational HR support. Key areas include recruitment, union engagement, employee relations and policy and procedure alignment in addition to the development of managers and accountability for all operational HR standards.



The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner with well rounded generalist experience. Ideally garnered in a similar environment. You will need some exposure to dealing with unions and should ideally be CIPD qualified. In person you will need excellent influencing and communication skills and be comfortable operating anonymously and as part of a remote team.
