Operating in the community services sector this national organisation has created a key leadership role for a Community Development Manager located in Perth.



In this diverse role you will lead a team to ensure that multiple community development programs are delivered as per contract arrangements and to a high quality. Pivotal to this position is the provision of support in the quality implementation of existing programs and undertaking of grant and funding proposal development. In addition this role will also ensure that projects are compliant with contract guidelines and funding agreements.



The role requires someone who is tertiary qualified with community development experience and proven managerial capability. Sound budgeting, contract monitoring and project management skills are essential. As expected exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills are required in order to make an immediate impact in this permanent position.



On offer is an excellent working environment, a salary of $90-100k pending experience coupled with salary packaging options.
