In order to partner with their business leaders to establish HR strategies, they are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to support one of their key business units.



You will be the key liaison between the business line and HR teams. To be successful, you need to have strong business awareness and deep understanding of the business unit you are supporting. Meanwhile, you will drive organizational change to establish HR priorities and operating systems. You will also play a key role to support business leaders to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.



To achieve the position, you will need excellent communication skill, strategic thinking and planning ability, and able to function in a fast paced and innovative environment. Able to influence and partner with different levels`s employees within the organization to achieve results.
