A leading international insurer with a strong brand name, our client is looking for a an Assistant Manager Underwriter for their Casualty and Financial Lines team based in Singapore as part of its expansion.



Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Underwriting, you will play a critical role in reviewing and implementing underwriting guidelines. You will also shape and manage the Singapore market's casualty business by meeting existing and new customers in order to maintain and develop current accounts. You will also be reviewing and performing audits on standards of the team.



To be considered for this job, you will have a university degree in relevant studies or Insurance Professional Qualifications with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. You will need strong underwriting skills and comprehensive knowledge of Casualty & Financial Lines. You will also be results-driven, self motivated and have good communication skills.



Your knowledge of Finance and Law will provide you with a competitive advantage.
