Our client is a high end global brand with over 20 stores within Australia. They are an iconic name when it comes to fashion retail and due to consistent expansion, they are now providing an opportunity to join their prestigious and sophisticated label as an Area Manager. They are seeking someone to prove their longevity to the company, and in turn they are looking for an individual in who they can truly invest upon their future.



As Area Manager for this company, you will be an exceptional mentor to the teams you lead, providing the motivation and transfer of successful sales knowledge to drive your staff members to achieve to the highest of their potential. You will be a strong leader aiming to exceed on all KPIs and targets to develop the turnover of each store. The role will be based in Sydney with occasional interstate travel required. This opportunity will see that your expertise and loyalty is rewarded not only by a generous salary plus incentives and bonuses, but you will also be provided with the amazing opportunity of travelling overseas to the likes of Europe for high level training.



To be considered for this role, you will have proven success as an experienced multi-site manager within a high-end luxury retail environment. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure you build rapport and lasting relationships with not only the clients but all staff members too.
