It is time to grow the team and add horsepower to the upper ranks with the addition of a Project Director to lead a team on current and future construction projects. You will take projects through the full life cycle from concept planning, feasibility, design, costing, consultant selection and engagement, tender analysis, contractor management through to client handover.
You will be an experienced Project Director with an excellent track record in delivery of major projects over $50m. A natural leader with strategic outlook and both business development flair and commercial acumen are a must.
As the face of the company you will be comfortable in sourcing new work from both existing and new clients, and you will instil confidence as a safe pair of hands that will lead project teams achieving positive outcomes. Auckland experience is preferred with an established network, plus relevant tertiary and professional qualifications in Project Management.
