A well regarded tier 2 builder who are considered a market leader within there sector are currently looking for a experienced Foreperson to drive upcoming projects. Based mainly in the industrial and commercial sectors this company have a great reputation with regard to company culture and in house training, they have a number of upcoming projects up to the value of $50M.
Due to securing a number of new projects they have a requirement to grow one of their existing project teams with the addition of a foreman. Reporting to a site manager, you will be responsible for the daily running of site including subcontractor and trade co-ordination and OH&S. As a site foreman you will also be responsible for ensuring all construction work is carried out in accordance with the construction programme whilst maintaining the initial programme. Other duties include organising the ordering and delivery schedules of all site resources and dealing with on site variations to contract.
The ideal candidate will come from a carpentry background, posses several years experience working with a leading mid tier business and have extensive experience of industrial/commercial construction. With a proven track record and the ability to provide strong references, you will be looking to take the next step in your career.
