Our client is an US reputable Industrial Company, with executive branches and manufacturing bases operating efficiently in Europe, Asia and North America.



To support its dynamic business expansion, they are looking for a Learning & Development Supervisor, reports to Senior Human Resource Manager. For this challenge role, you will need to manage training delivery operations to ensure that the delivery of training curriculum is cost effective, consistent, efficient, and meets or exceeds customer expectations; apply systemic processes and technologies to maximize the learning experience with a focus on delivery of training curriculums to meet employee performance and development needs.



You also need to ensure the evaluation and reporting on the change brought about by the delivery of training curriculums and roll out the training roadmap and programs. Being a successful candidate, you are able to learn diagnosis, design, delivery, and measurement. Liaise with stakeholders in implementing learning solutions. Lead specific non-classroom learning projects as needed by business. Consult with internal stakeholders on people development and ensure full compliance with internal and external regulators.



If you have over 8 years related experience in a matrix working environment, confident and speaks fluent English, also you are self-motivated with independently working ability; you are the person we are looking for.
