An opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Officer to join a global financial organisation in Melbourne South Yarra.



This global financial group is located in South Yarra and caters to a strong base of established clients across the APAC region. With a strong reputation within the market this company is going through a period of growth and is now looking for an experienced Client Services Officer to move into their dynamic Client Services team.



As the Client Service Officer you will act as the first contact point for all client queries. These can be price challenges (for our evaluated prices), non-delivery of files, missing information etc. You will also manage client advisories and alerts, as well as developing a better understanding of the group's clients and how they use our data.



The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months previous experience within a financial services / banking industry with a focus on Client Servicing / Client Services. Experience or exposure to Pricing or Validation is also highly desirable, however excellent written and communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with clients are essential. You will have a professional demeanour and attitude and be a team player. You will also have a thorough working knowledge of Excel including Pivot Tables and Vlookups in order to successfully process the duties for this role.
