Hays Procurement recruits industry specialists for some of the most reputable and well known companies both in Australia and overseas. With new budgets about to be announced, a number of our clients are expressing interest in adding in headcount. Positions range from Purchasing Officers through to Procurement Specialists, Category Managers and Contract Administrators.
Having worked within a Capital Works / Project based environment and had to procure to strict build schedules, you must understand the need for expedience. You must have had experience in establishing and developing effective and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers as you assist with the broader supply chain function. Strong analytical and communication skills will be essential as you consistently strive to achieve a best practice approach.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude and excellent communication skills are mandatory characteristics to be considered for any positions represented by Hays. You must be located in Australia and have a valid Australian visa is essential.
