Site manager

Site Manager required for a 50 week Contract in the Greater Bromley area. Project is a new build school building, Steel Frame Construction incorporating the full construction process including Groundwork's, structure, External envelope & Internal fit out - Overall Contract Value approximately £3 Million.



As Site Manager you will be number one on site and be fully responsible for day to running of the Project. Reporting to a Senior Contracts manager your duties will include; Short term programming, sub Contract management, Health & safety monitoring, Regular reporting and key liaison between the School, Architect, consultants and Surveyors.



Interested candidates Must have clear experience of managing similar sized schemes, be fully IT Literate and hold valid 1st Aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications



Project is due on site Late October with an appointment able to be made immediately in order for the successful candidate to help with site preparations.
