We have partnered with a top 100 accountancy firm based in Oxfordshire, they are experienced and skilled provider of accounting, tax and business advice services, helping businesses improve their performance. They currently search for an IT Manager to manage their business systems and Infrastructure, organising future growth plans and improvement projects.



You will take responsibility for all IT requirements within the entire organisation. This will include maintaining and developing existing IT systems, as well as implementing new systems. As the IT Manager you will be developing and applying IT policies and procedures, including those of system architecture, disaster recovery, business continuity and service provision. You will be managing online client access to company held client data and implement improvements. You will have responsibility to provide IT input on a wide variety of internal projects and proactively consider IT improvements that can drive efficiencies in the business and continually improve client service.



The IT Manager job is a stand-alone role and would be ideal for any individual who is working in 3rd line support or Systems Administration, looking to take their next step on the IT ladder and take full responsibility for a small Infrastrucuture environment including Finance, HR and Payroll systems.



This is a very hands on role and the client is looking for someone who is self-motivated, dedicated and is happy to take on individual responsibility and not afraid of getting stuck in. You will be confident in your communication and have excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail.



Your background will cover a minimum of 5 years commercial IT experience, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SQL Server. Any exposure to Accountancy software such as SAGE, SAPA or Drive would advantageous.
