Hays Senior Finance is currently seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) to join a fast moving business as a Commercial Financial Controller. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of qualified accountants and driving the commercial performance of a a division within the business. The role will be varied and will include: preparation and review of budgets and subsequent forecasting; business partnering to drive profitability, performance and aid decision making and leading pricing strategy from a finance perspective.The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management experience and the proven ability to contribute positively to commercial performance.
