Working within their established office in Townsville, there is an opportunity for a Property Manager to join this fast growing team. As a local Townsville company, your knowledge of the area and of community assets will be a great asset to your success.



Your role will be to ensure the smooth and service driven management of existing rental properties, as well as representing the company in a light that will attract new clients. Working alongside an existing Property Manager's, you will become an integral part of the team completing the full function of the role. Your responsibilities will include dealing with tenant enquiries, handling maintenance requests; including arrangement of contractors and carrying out property inspections. In addition to the ongoing management of rental properties you will also be responsible for setting up and/or renewing tenancy agreements and leases as well as negotiating terms and rates.



With the tasks of the role in mind, you will need to have an understanding of the property market and be comfortable with liaising with your clients and tenants. You will be highly organised and have strong skills in administration. This role would suit both an experienced and aspiring Property Manger with a background in proven customer service delivery. You will be working with highly knowledgeable others and so ongoing training will be available.



You are required to have your own accommodation in Townsville and must also hold a current open drivers licence.
