As Consultants within Accenture Operations - Media Management group we work with a large range of clients across a variety of industries to understand the communications strategy and analyze the efficiency of their media planning and buying. We work across all media and are employed to increase accountability, demonstrating where an agency is performing well for a client and to identify any areas for improvement. This often involves agreeing targets for the media agency to deliver through Performance Related Fees. Demystifying the media industry for our clients, particularly with regard to media jargon is a key requirement.




We are seeking an individual with media experience or who has gained significant project and/or marketing experience. The successful candidate will work as part of an expanding team to design and produce quantitative analysis and provide consultancy to address the needs of our many and varied Russian & global clients.




The typical responsibilities will include:



  • Manage a number of blue chip client relationships

  • Understanding the strategy behind the media planning and resultant activity in order to enhance our service to clients. This may be the sales objectives, target audience, regionality, implications of the marketplace, competitive context, etc.

  • Liaising with a number of media agency directors working with them on client analysis.

  • Creating high quality analysis with great attention to detail, assessing the performance of the agency, and identifying any media efficiencies that can be made.

  • Working with a team of dedicated analysts who have processed client data to basic presentation format, and interpreting it in order to fully understand the implications and opportunities derived from the analysis.

  • Forming opinions, conclusions and actions which are clear and whose value is known and communicating these with conviction.

  • Working with high technology tools to work more effectively with busy clients
