It’s an exciting time for us at Bayer UK – We are the fastest growing UK Pharma company with an industry leading portfolio of recently launched brands and an exciting pipeline of indication extensions and new chemical entities targeting areas of high unmet clinical need. To support our growth we require 5 Healthcare Partnership Managers who will be pivotal in delivery of our Market Access strategy. Reporting into the Head of Market Access, these roles are part of a new team that will deliver and be responsible for developing and implementing our Regional Market Access plan.


We are looking for driven and talented individuals that will engage with local, national and or regional payer entities/organizations to facilitate the approval, adoption and integration into the health services system of specific products in the Healthcare portfolio. Key to this role is providing advice and support to the brand and HEOR teams regarding national and local market access initiatives which would support local implementation of Bayer brands.



Major tasks and responsibilities:



• To develop and execute regional market access strategies across the HealthCare organisation

• Manage delivery of market access account project plans including identifying critical success factors

• Identify, develop and nurture effective working relationships with key opinion leaders and other strategic stakeholders in complex organizations

• Facilitate the development of local health economy processes that positively influence the uptake of Bayer brands, including the development of protocols, formularies and guidelines for health industry payers.

• Persuade local and national healthcare policy makers and payers of the “win-win” benefits of using Bayer brands, post launch.

• Interpret and analyze complex data, local knowledge and commercial goals

• Collaborate with internal colleagues and departments across the organization to ensure effective delivery of objectives

• Project a professional impression of the Company and act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice.
