My client is a mid sized Chartered Firm on the city fringe who enjoy the benefits of continuous professional development, challenging tasks and a work/life balance. Operating successfully for 30 years, the Practice is experiencing positive growth and has created a new position for a Senior Accountant who is keen to take on some supervisory responsibilities.
The successful candidate will come from a solid background working in an Accounting Practice in a role encompassing the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for all entities and up to date knowledge in recent and current tax reform. We are seeking someone who has completed the CA program (or near completion) and is a self motivated self starter dedicated to their personal advancement and with excellent attention to detail. Experience with MYOB AE and a paperless office will be highly regarded as will experience with BGL for SMSF work.
In addition to the relevant experience you will display excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be confident consulting to clients. In return you will be joining a close knit team who enjoy working together and have created a fantastic and dynamic environment.
