- Manage, organize and build the direct and indirect, cross-functional team. Drive clarity in roles, responsibilities and business processes. Set up some type of task/project management approach to ensure that all key milestones and critical sub-tasks of the Marketing Team are met on schedule and on budget.
- Build business processes for aligning and coordinating our Business with regional Sales, FAE’s, and customers. Leverage and tap existing infrastructure and processes that already exist within ON or ISG. Identify gaps in processes or roles, and recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Understand the technology, product and organizational capabilities, strategies, and plans for ISG Consumer and those of our competitors. Influence and define market, and customer strategies, product and technology roadmaps for ISG. Collaborate with the regional sales team on account penetration plans, and go to market product plans. Such plans must include detailed feature comparisons, functionality and performance differences, cost/price analysis, and market projections. This work should be sufficient to drive new market opportunities, positioning of new products, and influence operational plans that drive grow margin improvements.
- Support the regional Sales and FAE’s for customer meetings. Must be able to speak credibly about our products, technology and capabilities.
- Establish, implement and lead the FY’15 regional market and product introduction plans consistent with business and ON corporate objectives:
- Generate Revenue Growth: Define, implement and lead a marketing plan to grow our mobile market share in China. Define, implement and lead plans to maintain the other Consumer market segments in China.
- Technology Innovation: Identify alpha-customers and create opportunities for technology innovation and revolutionary product
- Expand Product Portfolio. Identify new application opportunities with existing and/or new customers which translate into revenue growth.
Drive the development sales & marketing collateral and training material as needed. Review existing collateral and training material and collaborate with teams to upgrade existing materials as needed within six months
