We are looking for experienced IT Professionals in our IT Support Area for our location in Timisoara, Romania.

The person must have IT Technical Background (minimum 2-3 year of experience), to be capable in offering remote IT 2nd Level Support for our global clients, with main responsibilities as follows:

• Provide day-to-day administration for clustered Domino servers;


• Maintenance and oversight of the application servers;


• Management of Lotus Traveler and Blackberry servers;


• Deliver tasks and improve services in accordance with business needs, priorities and SLAs;


• Provide periodic performance reports for review with management presenting input on improvements and quality initiatives;


• Update processes to improve reliability and availability;


• Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams. Maintain expert level of knowledge in area of expertise;
