As Corporate Hospitality Manager you will be 2IC for the Contract Manager, taking a very hands on approach to client management including the executive suites. You will be overseeing a staff of 20, 12 meeting rooms, a corporate kitchen, wine cellar, events rooms and will utilise your Food & Beverage background to provide service excellence. The role has a strong commercial component where you will also be intimately involved in reports and analysis of accounts and service provider contracts. This is not your every day F&B Manager role, it has huge diversity and additional challenges which you will enjoy. As the end client has high standards and expectations of their own staff they require similar excellence from you.
