Manager, Planning and Service Management

My client is one of the world's largest banking and financial services organisations, with more than 6 thousand offices in both established and faster-growing markets. Currently they are looking for a manager focusing on planning and service management.



The main responsibility would be Ensure Planning & Service Management processes are effective and propose improvements/efficiencies as required; Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy; Timely implementation recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators; Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to deliver business requirements at pace and with minimum conflict; Maintain contact with stakeholders to identify and communicate business performance, status and potential risks.



To be a successful candidate, you need to have good understanding of call centre dynamics e.g. call centre systems, call routing, workforce management tools, planning methodology etc., at least five years relevant working experience is required. Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills, experience of managing resources using appropriate systems, tools, communication, delegation and planning skills would be a strong advantage. Fluent in English and Chinese is a must.
