Senior HR Business Partner

A leading media business is looking for a talented Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in central London. This is a newly created role reporting into the HR Director and will be responsible for providing a robust HR service to a fast paced, high performing business.



You will be responsible for identifying and addressing people related business requirements as well as outlining and driving the people business plan and ensuring support from functional HR experts as needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the human resources strategy across the business; providing operational HR support where required.



This is a exceptionally fast paced environment and a business that is going through considerable change. As a result, we are looking for a talented, results-driven Senior HR Business Partner who has experience at a comparable level in a similar culture. You must be both robust and resilient and be able to demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management skills from within a business where HR wasn't fully embedded.
