A leading global engineering consultancy is looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join their team in central London. This is a newly created role that will report into the Senior HR Business Partner for the division.



With the support of an HR Co-ordinator, this role will take the lead on the provision of HR services within the division, regularly partnering the leadership team in order to influence key business decisions. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between HR and the business. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective HR solutions across the division and for developing people solutions aligned to business objectives.



We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is currently working at a similar level as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner. You will have had considerable experience of partnering with senior leaders of a business/division and providing pragmatic, business focused solutions.
