Working as a Change Manager within an esteemed Change Community of a well known and award winning employer you will be tasked to deliver a Financial regulatory Change program.
In this role you will manage all Change delivery Strategies including strategies for Change, Communications, and training. By applying Enterprise Change Management framework and governance principals you will partner with business to ensure optimal Change sustainability and benefits are fully realised.
Ideally having at least 3 years experience managing Regulatory Change Programs with relevant Change Management Education and certification, you will have demonstrated experience managing Change Strategy and execution programs, with second to none Stakeholder and Project Management skills. You will also have hands on expertise in creating Change Materials including Communications, training and extensive examples of working directly on the management of Change readiness and Risk Management.
