As FM Helpdesk Manager you will be directly managing a small team focusing on emailed work orders rather than inbound calls. Managing multiple sites across Australia requires effective processes and communication; your ability to establish best practice procedures and increase efficiency through strong communication both internally and to clients and sub contractors will be crucial.
