This role will see you work across corporate transactions including M&A, capital markets, private equity, competition and consumer law, corporate governance and regulatory matters. You will be required to work with existing corporate clients and you will have the business development skills to build and develop this fee base.



With significant growth plans in place, this pivotal role requires a Lawyer with a solid background gained within a reputable legal firm. You will have the ability to develop strong client relationships and leverage off the existing client base and your own network.
