Senior Technical Support Consultant
Dalian, Liaoning, China, CN - Information Technology and Services
- Provide remote post-sale Tier 3 technical support for customers based in APAC, North American and EMEA
- Technical capability in identifying, analyzing, and resolving medium to high complexity Avaya UC product problems
- Remote customer service skills via phone calls and emails
- Strong self-learning capability. Able to diagnose and evaluate medium to high complexity technical issues independently
- Self-directed and capable to work under pressures
- Able to take shift work, 6 AM to 3 PM China time 5 days per week
- This position is based in Dalian, China and will report to local manager
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years' IP telephony, VoIP industry experience
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience
- Prefer to have Avaya UC products experience (e.g. CM, Media Gateway, Session Manager, System Manager, IP endpoints)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- In-depth knowledge of computer networking and IP Telephony
- Able to work together with global colleagues with different nationalities and cultures
