My client is a large organisation that is based in East London who currently needs an interim Recruiter to join them for a 6 months FTC.



As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be fully embedded into the business to take ownership and responsibility for driving the day-to-day recruitment process. You will be consulting with and supporting hiring managers through that process, adding demonstrable value to it. The key focus of this role will be to ensure that service delivery is paramount. You will own and have responsibility for driving recruitment processes to ensure the operational recruitment always exceeds our defined KPIs.







You will have recruitment expertise across the hiring process including recruitment administration, planning, taking a brief and on-boarding.







To be successful in this role, you should have;







* Experience of high volume in-house recruiting within a services environment.



* Strong, proven stakeholder management skills



* Be commercially minded and credible as you will be engaging with stakeholders and hiring managers in the organisation to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements.



* Ensure hiring managers understand the recruitment process and ensure that you have their engagement with the process.



* Put together innovative pro-active resourcing strategies utilising modern sourcing methods.



* An excellent understanding of future resourcing needs and pipeline accordingly to include both internal and external candidates.



* High level experience in managing end to end recruitment processes.



* Experience improving and amending processes if this will give you improved results and better performance.







This is a hands on recruitment role where your expertise and involvement will be key.
