A leading Japanese law firm is seeking an ambitious legal professional to join their close-knit team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be provided with a wide scope of transactional work pertaining to the areas of Corporate Law and M&A. You will be reporting to a reputable Partner whilst being heavily involved in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, and dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis.



The successful candidate must be qualified as a Singapore lawyer and must have at least 7 years PQE. Extensive experience in Corporate Law, specifically in the area of M&A, is also highly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer seeking to maximise their experience with a well-regarded Japanese law firm.
