This busy organisation located in Melbourne Southbank has a fast paced working environment and a great culture.



Due to growth within the company, a position has opened up for a payroll manager to join the existing payroll team.



In this hands on role you will be reporting into the Chief Financial Officer. Managing a team of three Payroll Officers you will be responsible for overseeing and being involved in the end-to-end payroll processes. This will include reconciliation's of leave entitlements, shift-calculations, award interpretation, worker's compensation, payroll clearing accounts, time sheet processing, superannuation and payroll queries. You will be responsible for the month end reporting that comes with this department.



The successful candidate will have in depth payroll processing knowledge as well as people management experience. You will have previously been responsible for a payroll department and will be comfortable in a fast paced environment. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will aid you in communicating with the broader business; a high-level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation skills are essential.
