At the moment, they are looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management with a strong delivery record and leadership experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional operations projects. This role will be required to prioritise projects to support business, which include Operations, Supply Chain, and Transportation.



As a Senior Program Manager in Supply Chain field, you need to establish program management structure to support the program management processes, implement program management processes which cover timing, financial, and quality reviews against all program deliverables.



To be successful, with outstanding educational background, you need to have at least 10 years working experiences in supply chain and program management field, with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Additionally, you need to have ability to work in fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired. And excellent communication skills, willingness to roll up your sleeves and to do whatever necessary is also desired for this position.
