Based in Fremantle, our client is a leading provider of contract services to the Australian Offshore Oil and Gas industry. Thanks to their continued success in WA, an immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join their already strong HR operation.



As HR and Mobilisation Officer, you will be engaged in supporting the business and its employees in generalist HR matters, and managing both high volume and hard to fill vacancies within your business unit. In addition to managing an end to end recruitment process you will be responsible providing guidance and support to Managers in the areas of performance management, policy interpretation and grievance resolution, coordinating travel, medicals and training to mobilise employees, supporting training initiatives and career development programs and general HR administration.



Experience at a HR Officer level, and proven success managing an end to end recruitment cycle is essential to be considered for this opportunity. Ideally you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and will have vocational experience working with local legislation.
