A highly successful Internet Gaming company is now seeking for an experienced Recruiter to help them drive their business to the next step. This Recruiter will base in Beijing Headquarter.



The Recruiter will work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams' organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. You need to source proactively by initiating and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs; helping drive all sourcing channels actively, including employee referrals, utilization of vendors, etc. You will participate in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluate candidates and ensuring the highest bar. You would also need to assist the Recruiting Manager to complete the important Staffing projects if needed.



To be qualified, you should have Bachelor degree (as 1st degree) or above, with at least 3years good track record in recruiting from Internet gaming, Internet or traditional IT industry, corporate and agency both OK. You need to be desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment. Good communication skill and strategic thinking ability is highly required.
