FP&A Manager for a Europe FMCG company

Location: Guangzhou CBD



Our client is a F500 FMCG company with China Headquarter based in GZ Downtown. Because of the fast growing business in China, they are actively looking for finance professional to join them and grow together.



As the business partner and team leader, you will need to develop partnership with customers which facilitate the provision of adequate support and services to meet the business needs; lead the process for monthly capital spending result and rolling forecast; liaison between division management and Business Planning & Analysis; develop corrective plans for financial variances; ensure business development strategy, coordinate financial analysis, due diligence; work closely with local/ regional/global project team; oversee compliance, legal, and regulatory activities; and manage and coach a team with 2 staff.



As the successful candidate, ideally you should have at least 7 years of commercial finance related experience with previous exposure in related industry as a finance leader. Good presentation skill in both Chinese and English is highly preferred.
