There is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager from the commercial construction industry to join their Sydney team. The key objective for this role is to be the face of the organisation and build on their brand throughout Australia ensuring new business opportunities are successfully identified and secured. Duties will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key people within the industry, presenting and negotiating at high level meetings, assisting with detailed submissions, leading team of people within the organisation to ensure successful delivery of projects, and successfully acquiring tendering opportunities for the business.



As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have experience of working for a top tier, best practice organisation with Tertiary qualifications in a Business Development Manager role, or perhaps you are a Project Manager who possesses the capabilities for the role. Importantly, you have business development experience within the commercial construction industry, with in-depth knowledge of the Sydney market, strong contacts in the industry and a strategic and analytical approach to the role you are in.



The client's key focus is to attract the right candidate so they are fairly open on salary at the moment and want to negotiate when the right candidates enters the process, so if you are this person this is your chance to step up your skill set as well as your salary package.
