IT Support Team Leader

Warrington, United Kingdom, GB - Information Technology and Services

Prestigious opportunity with a pioneering Engineering Consultancy for an experienced IT Support Team Leader! Dedicated to managing both the support function, Contracts and 3rd party suppliers, this is a high profile new opportunity following a period of significant growth.



As IT Support Team Leader you will be responsible for:-



- Managing the support function of 1st and 2nd line support of desktops and servers

- Monitoring and reporting on IT service delivery and project implementations

- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers

- Maintenance of hardware and software, Systems Configuration and IT procurement



Successful candidates will possess a proven track record in It Team Leadership and management in addition to a combination of the following skills:-



- Background in a networked environment

- Previous experience in 1st and 2nd line support

- Expertise in major systems implementations

- Infrastructure migration/improvement projects

- Knowledge of VLANS and routing

- Familiar with MS Exchange and AD
