This large organisation are currently recruiting a permanent Application Support Technician job. All applicants must have previous experience within a 2nd line helpdesk/service desk position previously, with strong customer service skills and some basic troubleshooting experience. The successful candidate will need to have a hands on approach to their work, be a quick learner, be able to complete system upgrades, software installations whilst also liaise with suppliers.
