Design Engineer - Pressure Vessels

A leading player in the chemical process industry are currently looking to fill a key position for a Design Engineer. The company are globally renowned for setting the standards in the design, fabrication, and after-market support of industrial filtration systems which are predominantly used in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries. This organisation manages to retain the feel of a family run business despite having the backing of a larger, multinational corporation, and is able to boast a full order book and a global customer base.



The company are in the strong position to be able to bolster their workforce, and have identified the Design Engineer position as a key requirement. This role will involve performing design / validation calculations as well as 2D / 3D modelling of pressure vessels and heat exchangers.



Essentially what we are looking for is a mechanical engineer experienced in the design or thermal equipment such as pressure vessels / heat exchangers to ASME VIII or PD5500 standards.
