A rare opportunity presents itself for an experience HR Policy Specialist to join our team based in our corporate Leeds offices on a part time (3 days a week) or full time basis.



The HR policy specialist role will find you, the successful applicant responsible for the review, development, maintenance, and implementation of new and existing HR policies and procedures for UK and Ireland in line with current legislation and business goals all the while ensuring high quality and consistent processes are implemented across the business to support a high performing culture and our HR brand.



In order to be a successful HR Policy Specialist, you will have excellent in-depth knowledge of employment law, practices and procedures with a relevant HR qualification. You will demonstrable experience of engaging with internal experts and client groups with successful outcomes and display strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information both written and verbal. Commerce and Industry experience is a necessity and previous exposure to agency recruitment is preferred.
