Our international financial services client is seeking an HR Manager to work with the Head of HR and their small HR team of six. You will work closely with the Head of HR to contribute to the business objectives and strategy of the London Branch by ensuring they have the human resource policies, procedures and practices to recruit, motivate develop and train top quality employees. You will act as an advisor to senior management and line employees and to ensure that confidentiality is maintained by team members at all times. Main responsibilities would include: organisation development, resourcing, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and training and development.



They are seeking someone with a proven track record of relevant human resources experience achieved within ideally a financial services environment.
