Claims Handlers required. Are you a target driven, confident and dedicated individual? Hays Office Support are working together with our client in order to recruit a number of Claims Handlers to join their team. Our client are a large corporate organisation who are leaders in their industry sector. Within this role you will work as part of a large team, reporting into the Team Manager. This is a fast paced and varied role where your responsibilities will include:



Managing incoming calls from customers.

Helping to resolve customer queries.

Exceeding customer expectations through an understanding of company procedures.

Updating logs and diaries for each customer.



With flexible hours and the opportunity to work part-time or full-time.
