Service Delivery Manager - Application Management

Service Delivery Manager - (Applications Management) is required for our international market leading manufacturing client.



Service Delivery Manager - Applications



You will act as the primary interface with the customer on service issues being responsible for all operational issues related to delivery of application services.



Responsibilities:



- You will manage a team of up to 7 support analysts

- Provide performance statistics and reporting

- Develop and manage Continual Service Improvement Plans (CSIP) in the applications space

- Develop and maintain a high level of working knowledge of each application service

- Resolve escalated service issues, to ensure minimal impact and risk to the organisation

- Manage the SLA and OLAs

- Review service proposals to ensure operational capability

- Use service meetings to promote further improvements

- Represent Applications Group at CAB and undertake all relevant change activity

- Proactively drive down cost within your area of responsibility



Experience Required:



- A strong Service Delivery Manager background managing applications in a manufacturing or FMCG organisation.

- Strong management experience in multi vendor, multi solution, multi site environment

- Strong experience in multi national operations

- Experience in a service delivery environment for a Managed Service Provider

- Strong Writing, negotiating, and managing Service Level Agreements

- Strong with Incident, Problem and Change Management processes



Technical Knowledge:



· ERP, MRP, HR, WMS, Messaging, BI



· Lotus Domino



· Any experience in Infor S21, Indigo WMS, Cognos, Message broker would be a distinct advantage
