The SAP Application Support serves as the links between external IT support and end user, as well as perform general administrative task that help ensure the smooth functioning of an organisation's computer systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing a level of support and link between users and SAP systems
- Training of department staff on applications such as SAP, POS and Web
- Create and maintain user manuals
- Integration of new functionality in applications
- Defines test scripts and test scenarios and coordinates with departments
- Testing of new and changes functionalities
- Issue discussions and resolution with the business
- Monitors interfaces between various applications
- Skills and Experience:
- Experience of supporting SAP business systems
- Problem solving related to process design and execution
- Ensure all functional processes comply with local legal requirements and customized processes comply with companies policies
- Good SAP skills, together with experience in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Access)
