A local municipality dedicated to delivering excellent building and infrastructure projects within their municipality are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month period.



Reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure, you will be responsible for delivering a range of building projects at differing stages from new builds, refurbishments and extensions, from concept through to completion, on time and within the allocated budget. This role will see you develop project briefs and leading the design team through to overseeing tendering and contracts administration along with construction management.

A large focus of this role will be both internal and external stakeholder engagement, liaison and consultation so you will need to have a excellent communication skills and be an excellent negotiator.



The successful candidate must have a tertiary qualification in Architecture combined with Project Management qualifications and have exceptional stakeholder engagement experience and skills. You will also have experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering a range of building projects of similar nature.
