If you're an experienced IT Technical Team Lead looking for your next position within a highly reputable and well-renowned organisation then this could be the opening for you. This leader in IT Service provision are currently seeking an IT professional who has 2 - 3 years of experience as an IT Team Leader as well as a strong competence in the provision of L1 and L2 IT Services.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk in line with agreed standards and procedures, you will work proactively to motivate your team to achieve the pertinent SLA and KPIs that are in place. You will be a strong team player who is organised and boasts strong communication skills. You can work autonomously, but have a great ability to lead and mentor a small team. Technically you will also be responsible for all end-user executive and technical support as well as actioning all high priority escalations.
It is essential that you are capable of working within an ITIL environment, strong customer service skills and the ability to learn new material quickly. You will have excellent conflict resolution skills and a proven ability of actively managing a team within a similar envionment.
