Description
This role is a pivotal position within the Global Business Process Team. It will range from leading cross functional teams to driving highly innovative & complex, global process design and optimization projects.
It will require the successful candidate to employ a varied set of skills that include Project Management, Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management (BPM) principles as a framework for all process development. To conduct process design and solution reviews with key stakeholders. To simplify and standardize processes and solutions eliminating redundancy and improving efficiency for the Business Process key stakeholders.
Your key tasks and responsibilities within the Global Business Process organization will be as follows:
- To lead cross-functional teams to drive global process enhancement and optimization projects.
- To apply Lean Six Sigma and BPM principles such as Effortless to complex end-to-end (E2E) process design projects.
- To be accountable for the success of assigned process design projects.
- To enhance value for Customer (Internal & External) and Partners for HPFS created through the process enhancements and designs.
- To develop project charter, scope, objectives, deliverables, process flows, timeline and metrics aligned with the HFPS key business metrics and Strategic Initiatives.
- Ensure and manage the alignment of the projects to the HPFS policies and procedures and update when necessary.
- To develop and drive strategy and tactics for the implementation of changes.
- To ensure linkages and interlock discussions with other projects where inter-dependencies exist in order to correlate and streamline processes where possible.
- Coordinate all resources accountable for deliverables on the project plan. Facilitate all necessary conversations to keep the program on track.
- Apply techniques and methodologies to help accelerate timelines and ensure higher quality deliverables.
- To develop an understanding of new virtual technologies.
- To provide support to Customer (Internal & External) and Partners for issues and queries.
- When required to move between teams, projects and activity within the organization in support of key business objectives.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Desired
Extensive experience in Process Improvement and impactful change.
Green or Black Belt Certification
2 to 5yrs of Project Management Experience
First Level University Degree (Level 8 or higher) or equivalent experience
Multi cultural and global experience desired.
Knowledge and Skills Required:

Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills enabling you to liaise with and present to colleagues at all levels.

A keen understanding of process improvement and experience of process analysis, benchmarking and quality improvement.
Keen business sense, judgement and awareness of risk and impact.
Excellent solution design and solution management skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams in multiple geographies
Strong knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems, collect data measures, and produce proven, impacting process solutions.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint technologies.
Strong executive level presentation skills.
