This busy team is seeking two experienced Helpdesk Officers to join their team as soon as possible. To be successful in this position you will have exceptional Customer Service experience, government experience and a reliable and positive work ethic.



The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and deal with conflicting priorities and tasks is the key to success in this position.



Your ability to service clients efficiently and effectively is essential, you will be answering and escalating internal calls. You will be answering any technical based questions as the first level expert.



Strong administration and data entry skills are desirable, excellent training is provided, however due to the length of the contract experience in a similar government position is required. you will be required to address a selection criteria and will need to send through a resume by 5.00pm Monday 6th of April and prepared to be sent the criteria with a 24 hour turnaround.
