This busy distribution company successfully operates across Australia and New Zealand. Due to upcoming annual leave, the north Brisbane branch is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to cover for four weeks.
Reporting to the Office Manager, this position will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the business. The reception desk receives a high volume of calls and a medium volume of walk in customers. This position will also involve ad hoc administration from the Office Manager as well as data entry into MYOB.
To be successful in securing an interview, applicants must have a proven background within reception positions. This is a broad customer facing role so a professional and hands-on attitude is needed. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are essential, along with a working knowledge of MYOB.
On offer is a four week temporary opportunity with a successful north side business. The team is friendly and easy-going but work hard to ensure the success of the organisation. On-site parking is available.
